The only requirement for customization is placing an MOQ (minimum order quantity). We will let you know the MOQ based on the customization requests you make!
Yes, we do offer package insurance. So if you ever have any issues with delivery or damaged items, we’ll be happy to ship a new package at no additional cost or provide you with product cost credits.
We charge $0 upfront to get quotes or begin fulfilling with us. All our service fees are directly incorporated into the product prices we provide to you.
That’s why we require our clients to already have orders coming in since our business model depends on volume. No monthly fees or hidden fees.
Delkensglobaltrade doesn’t own our own US warehouse although we have multiple well-established US-based fulfillment centers we are partnered with. If interested in US stock, please let us know and we will get you separate quotes for US-based fulfillment.
We can get quotes for almost any and every product within 24 hours. If you request specific customization then quotes may take additional time.
The only products we don’t source are foods, certain liquid products, and certain battery-based products.
For any high-risk products, we recommend not shipping due to customs stoppage. We cannot provide product delivery insurance for high-risk products.
